Here are all of the answers to the questions we feel you might need to ask about the event.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

How can I buy tickets?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Tickets are available to purchase in advance of the event online by clicking here.<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n


\nHow much are tickets?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Advance tickets are priced from \u00a325 per car for a standard parking space for up to 5 family members, \u00a335 per car for larger cars for up to 7 family members.\u00a0 Premier tickets for up to 5 occupants start at \u00a337.50 per car and for a larger car with up to 7 occupants tickets start from \u00a347.50. VIP parking tickets are also available for \u00a350 for a car containing 1 – 5 family members or \u00a360 for larger cars with up to a maximum of 7 occupants from the same family.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The ticket price is per car and not per person, providing you do not exceed the legal limit of what is allowed for your vehicle, and everybody has their own seat.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ticket for cars containing up to 5 people must be 1.8m in height or less and larger vehicles containing up to 7 occupants must be no higher than 2m. We may park larger vehicles at the end of rows to ensure everyone gets a great view of the fireworks.<\/span><\/p>\n

Please note vehicles attending are not permitted to have any attachments such as trailers.<\/span><\/p>\n

We are offering tickets at special discounted rates, once the initial tier 1 batch has sold out, the prices will move to tier 2 of advance, discounted prices, and when those have gone the prices will be at their full rate as per below:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Can I attend in a van?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

You can come to the event in a van, provided it is 2m or less in height and contains less than 7 people from the same family – you will need to buy a large vehicle ticket if you meet this criteria.<\/span><\/p>\n

Can I attend on a motorcycle or a motorhome (or vehicle taller than 2m)?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Sorry, we are unable to cater for motorcycles, motorhomes, or any other vehicle taller than 2m in height.<\/span><\/p>\n


\nI haven’t received my ticket yet, or I\u2019ve lost it, will I need it on the night?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Yes, you will need to show your ticket when you arrive at the event where it will be scanned and validated. You can either print your ticket to bring along or show it clearly on a mobile device.<\/span><\/p>\n

\nWhere is the event being held?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The event will take place on the rescheduled date of 5 December at Westpoint Exeter, EX5 1DJ. A map is printed on the ticket for your reference. When you approach the venue please look out for signage directing you where to go as you enter the site and follow signage or direction from stewards.<\/span><\/p>\n


\nWhat time can I arrive?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Gates open at 4pm and close at 7pm, this allows a good window slot for entry, we do recommend getting to us as early as possible, the earlier you arrive, the better position you will enjoy and the earlier you will able to leave as all car park exits are via the front.<\/span><\/p>\n


\nWhat will happen when I arrive?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

On arrival, please when asked to put your printed ticket or a clear image of the QR code from your ticket downloaded to a mobile or tablet to your car window for our team to scan and validate.<\/span><\/p>\n

You will then be directed to your parking area by our team. Each parking space will be a minimum of 4m in width and 7m depth. Please drive slowly and sensibly once you are within the venue.<\/span><\/p>\n


\nCan I reserve a car space in advance?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

No, we cannot reserve spaces in advance. Our team will assign you a space on arrival. The earlier you arrive the closer you will be to the action and earlier you will be able to leave at the end of the show. If you arrive in a larger, taller vehicle you may be positioned to the sides, however, you will still have a great viewing position within your section.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n


\nCan I bring Sparklers and Fireworks<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Sparklers or fireworks of any description are NOT<\/strong> allowed at the venue during this event.<\/span><\/p>\n


\nCan we get out of our vehicles?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

We request that you stay in your car until the fireworks start unless you need to visit the toilet or catering facilities. If you do so, please always wear a face mask\/covering and observe social distancing guidelines. We request that only one family member leaves your vehicle to visit the catering area to help reduce numbers.<\/span><\/p>\n

When the firework display begins, you can watch the spectacle from your car or from immediately in front of your vehicle, again observing social distance guidelines.<\/span><\/p>\n


\nCan I buy food and drink on-site?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

There will be several catering options available at the event offering hot food and drinks, further information will be announced in advance of the event and provided on the night.\u00a0 We ask that guests take any rubbish from eating and drinking home to dispose of or recycle.<\/span><\/p>\n


\nCan I pay for food and drink with a Debit\/Credit card?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Yes, you can. We ask that where possible card payment is made to reduce customer and staff contact.<\/span><\/p>\n


\nCan I bring my own food and drink?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

We are happy for you to bring your own food and\/or drink if you wish. Please remember to think of the environment and safety of our site team and take your rubbish home to dispose of or recycle.<\/span><\/p>\n


\nAre there toilet facilities?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Yes, there are toilet blocks on the site but please only use them if you really must. These will be supervised and cleaned regularly during the event.\u00a0 We ask that where possible, unless you are taking a small child that only one person per toilet cubicle at any one time. Please wash and sanitise your hands.<\/span><\/p>\n


\nIs there wheelchair access?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The site does have wheelchair-accessible toilet facilities. Whilst parking is on hardstanding, please be aware that this not a completely level site if you are a wheelchair user or have limited mobility.<\/span><\/p>\n


\nAre there people on site to help me?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Our team will be on-site to assist with all your needs. They will be identifiable with high-vis jackets. So please approach one of the team, respecting social distancing rules, if you require assistance. Please do NOT sound your car horn or flash your lights for attention.<\/span><\/p>\n


\nAm I able to bring my dog\/pet?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Unfortunately, due to the nature of this event dogs and pets are NOT permitted to attend. We ask that all animals remain safely at home or with family\/friends.<\/span><\/p>\n


\nCan I keep my engine running?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Once parked we would prefer that you do not<\/strong> keep your engine running, in the interest of the environment and comfort of other site users. We advise warm clothing instead. Please be aware that we do not<\/strong> have facilities on-site to jump start your car if your battery is flat.<\/span><\/p>\n


\nHow many people can I bring?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The price of your ticket is per car not per person. Providing that everyone fits safely in a seat and your car does not have more people than it legally allows. We position vehicles so that everyone can have a good view of the display however, ultimately this depends on the vehicle you arrive in and who sits where is up to you. Anybody found not adhering to this rule may be asked to leave the site.<\/span><\/p>\n

What happens when the show is over?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Our Security team will be there to direct cars to the exit safely. We request that you do not move your car until directed to do so that we can exit everybody safely and quickly. If you have any trouble with your vehicle and are unable to move, please remain stationary until all cars have departed and our team will be able to assist.<\/span><\/p>\n


\nCan I get an exchange or refund on my tickets?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

If the event is postponed due to a change in government regulations all tickets will be valid for a new suitable date for the event. We do not offer refunds on any tickets purchased.<\/span><\/p>\n


\nTrack & Trace<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

We have the contact details of the person who booked your ticket(s). If for any reason after the event there is a need to contact you with regard to Covid-19, we will do using this information.<\/span><\/p>\n


\nCan I come if I’ve tested positive for Coronavirus or have been informed I have been in contact with someone who has tested positive within 14 days of the event?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

No, sadly not. If you or any of your household\/bubble has tested positive, are experiencing symptoms, or have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive for Coronavirus within 14 days of Saturday 5 December, please DO NOT<\/strong> attend the event. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.<\/span><\/p>\n
